1. The first step is to select the calendar icon at the bottom of your drafted email and click "Offer times you're free”

2. This will pull up your calendar and meeting duration times.

3. You can select multiple days from here if you'd like to give a bunch of options to the person you're emailing.

After you select the blocks of time for which you can set the duration of each block.

These are the times the recipient will be able to choose from.
